ng serve is giving error #1

Hi,
I have installed everything but when I run ng serve It give me this error:

The serve command requires to be run in an Angular project, but a project definition could not be found.

Are you running the command from project root directory?

I have run from root directory and src both. same issue is coming may you missed some files on github.
