Single tilting propeller

1.Hello author, I have reviewed your previous response regarding Ftip and Fhub. Are the parameters t1, t2, t3, and h1, h2, and h3 taken arbitrarily? Or is it determined based on certain parameters of the airfoil?
2.I am trying to do a calculation example about a single propeller tilting, but I have looked at the code about rotor tilting in Vahana. I tried to add tilting code to the hovering case to generate tilting, but it was not possible to achieve it. Can you help me see where the problem lies.
