Definition of Fluid Domain

Hello author, I would like to ask how the fluid domain is defined in the FLOWUnsteady simulation example. For example, when using Fluent to calculate the example, a computational domain (fluid domain) needs to be defined first. How is the fluid domain defined in FLOWUnsteady?
