Base/parent path argument applies to following item only

When multiple relative path items are provided after a base/parent argument, the base path is applied to the first item next to it only.

Instead, it should work like with tar to avoid confusion. A base path argument, specified as -C DIR should be applied to all following path arguments (until another base argument is found).
