Rendering Player Model issue when a certain other mod appears

Causes a rendering error that prevents the client from rendering the player model in the survival inventory (creative or not), crashing the client the second it is attempted, if The Fifth World and its appropriate mods are installed for some reason. This seems to be happening with multiple other mods as well, however, not specifically just with this. Some are completely unrelated to these two mods yet have the same issue (looking into these could be worth while). Here are crash reports that occurred while I experimented with which mods worked and what didn't, leading me to know it was due to this mod paired with the aforementioned The Fifth World. These crashes are essentially all the same, however, I believed sending them all in case of some difference would be a good idea. The top one is the latest crash before finding the crash.
