As a user of caikit-nlp trying to call the grpc API, I need a place to get the .proto files so that I can generate my client stubs and use them. Currently, the method of calling caikit.runtime.dump_services is not well publicized and requires installation of all dependencies to work, so this is not a good solution for clients without a caikit_nlp dev environment.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need a single location that users can access to view the current service .proto files. This may be an auto-generated set of files living in the caikit-nlp repo, a tarball attached to each Release, or some other mechanism that can be statically searched, linked, and downloaded without installing caikit-nlp.
