Add new field to issue templates to verify content has been proofed/approved #242
Comments
@esquared415 let me know if you request changes to this part of the process and thanks again! |
@indexing this can be a "stretch" item for this sprint. |
@mrose914 We're nearing the end of the current sprint, so I'm not sure it's feasible to address this issue during the sprint itself. Please add it as a stretch item, however, for awareness. In order to understand urgency for this enhancement, when do we expect our next press release request? If we're not able to implement until the Sept sprint, is it possible to "manually" ensure Erika reviews any press releases in the short term? If we can defer until sprint planning, @thekaveman and team can assess level of effort then. |
As part of our request process to get content onto calitp.org, we should ensure there is a way to verify the content is approved for posting.
We should add a field to the issue templates we have for Press Releases and Resources that asks:
Has your content (document and headline) been approved by @esquared415? Yes/No (If No, please allow 3-5 business days for review by Erika).
