Confirming with Lauren G. the final package as we are considering splitting out the (very long) appendix. Moving to blocked for now.

@aliatt2 let me know what you all decide about this report. There was a question as to whether or not we post it without the appendix AND/OR post the full report and an abbreviated version. My suggestion would be to post the whole thing, including appendix as one resource and to create an abbreviated version as a standalone resource. That way you have something simple to send + we don't need to do anything funky like host an Appendix by itself. The standalone resource would need to be reformatted/reworked to fix page numbers, ToC, etc which is a bit of work.
