Style Size Filter Dropdown Without the Graph

hello :3 for this sprint, please add the size filter dropdown to the very top right of the screen! then style the opened dropdown WITHOUT the sliding graph thing, we will do this later. for now, just add stuff like "Project Size", the small description under, the two boxes for minimum and maximum, and the apply button. you dont have to implement any of the functionality for this sprint, but pls at least implement opening and closing. woohoooooo!!!
