Using the respo library, what is the proper way to declare CSS classes?

To define CSS you can use defstyle macro, which returns a string of classname with namespace as the scope:

;   respo.css :refer $ defstyle

defstyle css-a $ {}
  "$0" $ {}
    :color :red
