Describe the solution you'd like

Your calendar availability currently assumes regular availability, however in addition to the current set up, I would like to select availability in the same way overrides are selected. For example: if a user has availability over the next month on Tuesday 11th at 4pm, Wednesday 19th at 9pm and Saturday 22nd at 10am then the current only way to set this up is to do ALOT of overrides. Allowing the option as it currently is as well as choose irregular availability and select days available rather than overrides unavailable would be great.

Additional context

I manage volunteer mentors as part of a education programme for students. Our mentors do not always have regular schedules or availability like traditional team members might do with set hours.
