New library with fix version of react native

Hello guys, I am going to create multiple libraries, but since react native upgrade the version really often. I wonder if there is anyway that I can create a library with fix version of create-react-native-library and react native

For example:

npx [email protected] [email protected]

Found a solution:

npx [email protected] my-lib --reactNativeVersion 0.75.4
