Ornaments support

It's now possible to define ornaments on windows by passing closure as the last parameter:

    RCTWindow(id: "SecondWindow", sceneData: reactContext.getSceneData(id: "SecondWindow")) { rootView in
      rootView.ornament(attachmentAnchor: .scene(.bottom)) {
        VStack {
          Button("Hey!") {}
        }
        .glassBackgroundEffect()
      }
    }
