Add hovering effect and improve cards

The cards have the title and image on the left side of each card. On hovering, there is no effect.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a hovering effect such that it appears that the card on which the cursor is hover pops out. Alos, center the title and image as they are the main part of a card.
