Make Interface Help Button Open Webpage

Users should be directed to: https://github.com/PathwayAndDataAnalysis/causalpath when they click the help button. This may be needed, I am not sure: https://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/cybrowser whatever is the easiest way to open a browser page.

@cannin This is completed. Initially, I used a Cytoscape class to visualize it but I have changed it and the page will be opened in the user's default browser.
