Enhancement Proposal

The grafana machine charm had support for providing a list of plugin urls to install: https://charmhub.io/grafana/configure#install_plugins

Could we request support added for this in this charm too? We need to install plugins for certain dashboards, such as Ceph's.

When this feature is being developed, please also ensure it won't be affected by this bug that is present in the machine charm: https://bugs.launchpad.net/charm-grafana/+bug/1957997
