Replace static hard-coded filter for snapcraft images with dynamic rule

Although Snapcraft images are now served via Simple Streams, Multipass still hard-codes a subset that it will allow launching. This is cumbersome as it needs manual change each time a new image comes out. If forgotten, Multipass remains unable to launch the new image until a new release can be made. We should instead filter supported releases based on dynamic rules.
