Unable to locate package Error are not solve

Hi Ubantu team,

My error to in cisco packagetrack to install for ubnatu but file are there locate so not install to software.

They error are to show in my desk me try to any other try but not solve to error in again show that unable to locate package . so please show and answer to solve me error.
