@carolineschnapp have you noticed an error with the Shopify USPS real time rates calculator? Our store has individual items that weigh 70+ lbs. If we have any of those items in our cart the USPS calculator returns an error which then does not allow your cart shipping calculator to display valid shipping rates from other carriers such as FedEx. The shipping calculator does work for individual items that add up to a weight of 70+ lbs. I can recreate the error in the shipping carrier rates test. So I know it is not the cart shipping calculator.

I am trying to get Shopify tech support to help resolve this but they keep telling me that I have to talk to the theme creator. I can recreate this outside of the theme so I can't really see how the theme has anything to do with it but...

if I remove USPS from the zone the calculator works as expected. This is not practical for us, we have small items that ship out USPS, so I can not just remove them from the zone.

I should add the rates calculation at the time of check out works perfect. It is only the estimator that has problems.

I have not had reports of problems with USPS no.
