About high CPU usage

Thank you for your great publish! I have a problem when I try to train a model using commands you provided, it consuming a large amount of CPU. I'll appreciate it a lot if you could tell me where the code cause this problem.

Additionally, the performance of model I trained shows great decline compared to the metrics in your paper. For example, when I run GraphSAGECP on random split scenario, I only get the result like this.
