Sci-fi weapons seem incredibly rare and almost entirely random. For example: I've searched many labs, military outpost, bunkers, dead scientists and the only laser weapon I've found was an inactive laser turret on a farm for some reason. Additionally, most of the electro-magnetic weapons like the rail gun and coilgun aren't available in the game anymore (plasma too?).
Describe the solution you'd like
A new uncommon underground lab room with a high chance of spawning high-tech gear. I was thinking a dead-end locked room in the underground labs, similar to a barracks, the Prototype Weapon Lab/Range.
Rough idea is a similar configuration to the barracks and prisoner containment, double locked doors, a range, controls and observation room plus the zombie scientist+soldiers who were overseeing the testing. The reward that can spawn in the range room could be a high-tech weapon or armor, or if you're less lucky a power-armored zombie, an active energy weapon turret or a military cyborg zombie.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just tweaking the spawns a bit or leaving it as is.
Additional context
I think I can figure out a good bit of making this happen myself but I wanted to float the idea at least to see how likely it was to be supported for inclusion or if anybody has any other ideas.
