Describe the bug

Similar to #4012 , PR #3489 has converted ropes into stackable items. As a result, there may be some unintended consequences:

  1. Wearing rope wears the entire stack at once. In my screenshot I'm wearing 7.
  2. If you using a rope as a leash on an animal, it uses the entire stack instead of one 'charge'.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Get multiples of rope
  2. Try to use rope for rope things that aren't crafting
  3. Uses entire stack instead of one charge
