Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

noticed how the counters on special attack doesnt starts unless the mob(being friendly or hostile) doesnt spot an hostile target, so if you make a custom mob with a spell that targets itself as special attack, it will never cast it unless it detects an hostile mob since the cooldown counter doesnt start

Describe the solution you'd like

cooldowns to be ready as soon as the mob gets loaded in the reality bubble perhaps?(then resetting as normal)
or the counter getting started when they enter the reality bubble

Additional context

didnt test with the hardcoded ones like leap
