Night Vision Trait range doesn't add up to Night Vision range via Perception #5997

Describe the bug

Currently the night vision trait should be adding night vision to your character, presumably, but it doesn't actually (ADD) to the range of your Perception based Nightvision, and is instead a wholly separate night vision range of 2. That's right, it costs 2 points for 2 tiles of night vision presumably from "base" Perception or character sight. If you have 12-14 perception you have the same or better night vision than the trait. I always thought NV added to the Perception NV but it seems not.

Steps To Reproduce

Make character with 12/14 Per
Get Night Vision trait
Stand in dark area and toggle your night vision trait on and off
Watch your night vision either stay the same, or get larger.
