Update website to focus on layer 1

Catalyst was heading towards becoming a layer 2 blockchain but in light of compromises made on layer 1's we should focus on being a pure layer 1, driven by the morality and ethics of the user base.

For example, ensuring wealth and control decentralises as a fundamental principle. That means avoiding the trapping of other networks that are concentrating control and wealth into ever decreasing circles of users. Stay true to the principles of Satoshi Nakamoto while bringing the benefits of networks such as Ethereum and Solana while bringing the practical benefits of more established industries and technology stacks.

The website is where the mission is set out and so should be updated to reflect this.
