What about "guests"?
Continuous application should be possible?
- Member steps out
- New company wants to join
What about "inactive" members?
- "Soft approach" --> talk to people about their commitment
- Companies/ People should proactively say if they can contribute anymore
Are the reuqirements in the application phase realistic?
Remove "performance"
Members have to stay informed
Intrinsic motivation!
Commitment should be kept
