Help for Display Custom Pane Names Instead of Hostname

I'm using Mac,
Darwin arm
tmux 3.5a
tmux-256color

Here is my config file.

When I'm on this window called w1, the my host name is on the on window name.

However the other window name should be

I want to know how to keep the window name show like this

I've been asking AI for help for quit a while but did not get an answer.
