Revert Deno Port Because of... Deno

Well, that aged like milk. I've learned that dnt doesn't yet support specifying peer dependencies or whatsoever, and it directly uses the @unocss/core dependency for some reason (when it should be stripped, since its types are only used in development, it's not needed anywhere else). And since this plugin possibly supports unocss>=0.51.0, it would be better to bring back CJS, old Node support and add unocss as peer dependency.

Node.js is going to support TS by default now, and they will also publish an official article about publishing TS libraries.
