Hi Team,

  1. List tube method is not implemented so that we can check the list of available tubes under beanstalk.
  2. Ignore watched tube method is also not available.

If possible, please add above two methods so that a person, if want, can itrate round robin between queues to give equal priority to all its users.

Implementation needed under Phalcon\Queue\Beanstalk.
