There are only 3,026 bigWig files on the site, not 3,030 as mentioned in the paper. And when I analyzed it,
1994 chips-seq experiments for 33 histone marks, 701 experiments for DNA accessibility (dnase-seq, atac-seq), 335 experiments for chromatin-associated general factor. However, there were only 697 experiments for DNA accessibility, not 701
I want to know how to get the 2850 observed files mentioned in the paper.I will be after 3026 file downloads, screen out in supplement form "Flagged samples" mentioned 138 files, 2887, is still more than 37 files.
I am looking forward to your reply!Thank you very much!
Licko, best wishes
