Add recurring schedules

Scheduling start / stop once is nice, but it often happens every week or so. Extending the commands to add recurrence like 'every x days' would be nice. Of course this means also we should be able to delete recurring schedules without going over each of them.

Getting a way to add exceptions would be useful.
