Finish the support for NVIDIA H100

In #196 we added some initial support for H100 attestation which was never tested on real hardware. I am creating this issue to track the progress of doing this.

9/25/2024: Re-visited with team & @rgerganov. This work is pending on getting access to NVidia h/w. We talked about reaching out to the contact from UT Austin [?] whom we were collaborating with while this CFCC project was in its previous ownership. Current status seems like that lead may not materialize or be helpful any longer.
