✨ integrate with opentelemetry trace #22

propagate trace from sources to sinks
create trace on sources if possible
support configuration via environment variable
add opentelemetry operator, otel-collector and grafana-tempo, grafana dashboard into demostack
use tracing-opentelemetry (and to contribute when possible)
check compatibility and integration with cloudevents and every sink (for injector, ...)
