Summary

As a OneStop user
I want to be able to Name my search something unique AND delete my saved search.
So that I can I can remember it and spot it quickly in the saved search dashboard

Currently we only have a button with a bookmark icon that provides no text input field. We are using the ListViewController actions to create that button and it's current functionality does not allow for a text input field. We can start by extending that ListViewController to allow for more complex actions.

Naming feature will best be handled by the accessible pop up.
