While there is still some discussion as to when and what we will refactor, we are planning on implementing at least a portion of #835, where we use square size independent share commitments, but then we don't change the existing non-interative default rules.

closing as completed since we can no longer do #890 until we have an easier mechanism to parse PFBs while not using gogoproto and the cosmos-sdk
