the sdk master branch has some changes that make it incompatible with the current version of the app, so closing in favor of #62 for now |

Description
Here's a branch based on the latest master of the cosmos-sdk, with modifications to make it use our fork of tendermint master instead of the latest stable version of tendermint. Notably, these changes will not be permanent, and are only a stop gap measure until the cosmos-sdk team uses a version of tendermint that includes ABCI++.
