• Provide docs on generating a Node ID if it doesn't exist in the docs https://docs.celestia.org/developers/node-tutorial/#get-your-node-id exists, and still exists after chore: update rpc tutorial for new version #1127
• Provide docs (somewhere) on how a celestia-node instance can import custom values for a chain instead of making a new release with hardcoded values 047c139 and will be available at /nodes/celestia-node-custom-networks

• how to import: bootstrapper IDs
• how to import: networkID or chainID?
• how to import: genesis block hash for a new network?

Basically, what are the important things to import in a config file to allow us to run a DA node to a custom testnet (without those values being hardcoded in a new release of celestia-node).

in the example provided in Slack, there was no genesis block hash, but a chain hash, so I have used that in the PR for now. i am thinking that maybe chain hash == genesis block hash?
