After finishin the QGB v2 MVP #92, we could deploy a simple mocked QGB version for some Celestia testnet with multiple voluntary validators.

This would allow us to test the P2P network more thoroughly and spot more issues.

This could be considered done because we deployed it to BSR and eventually to mocha. So no need for a mocked deployment
