Add fixer API key to settings #20

Fixer has a limit for API usage and currently everyone that has installed this plugin use the same API key. Would be nice to minimize API requests count by personalize API key, so everyone can register account and use own API key by saving it in plugin settings

Would it be an option to swap to a completely open API? Or would it be hard to trust such a service in terms of availability?

@hafager I'd go for completely free API but looks like there are no APIs like that) Do you have any examples?

I'm sorry I never got back to you on this. I tried to find an API i tested a while ago, and then forgot about it. 😞

I noticed my currency converter i currently working. Is it because it is a new month, or did fixer.io do any changes?
