After the search PR - inspirehep/backoffice#88 , when we do a search limited data is given about each workflow.

issues:
1 - We assume that all workflows (not only the author ones) have the name and email_address field. - discussed that for now its okay
2 - the email_address field does not exist in the authr schema, should be email_addresses see here
3 - all the other fields that an author may have are currently hidden and should be accessible by searching directly in the field, for example data.acquisition_source:SOMETHING e.g. arxiv_categories,acquisition_source, advisors etc
4 - partial searches dont work - solved py putting * in query
- If I search for Faraoh the name Faraoha won't appear
- If I search for choudburry people with email [email protected] don't appear

To implement 3. we need to specify all this fields in documents.py which may or may not be what we want
