Springer should take ONLY archives:
Old scoap: https://github.com/SCOAP3/hepcrawl/blob/master/hepcrawl/spiders/s3_springer_spider.py#L118
New scoap (global method): https://github.com/cern-sis/workflows/blob/main/dags/common/pull_ftp.py#L38-L40

Need to check also other publishers!!!!!
