General comments

Specific compliance criteria

Cannot check the files, since the files are not yet in the repo (or not visible), if I'm not wrong #274
The arXiv category criteria does not apply to journals: European Physical Journal C, Physics Letters B, Nuclear Physics B and Journal of High Energy Physics. For those either the compliance criteria "arXiv category" should be ignored when we assess the general compliance of the article.
