Currently some country names are incorrect, like:

Iran, Islamic Republic of (Iran)
Korea, Democratic People's Republic of (North Korea)
Korea, Republic of (South Korea)
etc.

For partners tab on main page I added a simple mapping to fix it, but it's unreliable and has to be addressed better.
