Now that the new system is close to final, we should monitor the harvesting and the creates/updates in the new repo

We should check:

records added (daily) - with DOI | links | files
records updated (daily) - with DOI | links | new files
compare DOIs between legacy/new
compare countries
monitor creation of new countries
