Write a script and check all Error state records, are they in prod.
Check what is the problem (looks like they are trying to attach 2 files of the record with the same name)
Find missing articles of APS:
10.1103/PhysRevD.109.072003
10.1103/PhysRevD.109.074504

might be the same problems as before: they might put them to the wrong dataset
