How to disable the kits completely and enable the leave items work with command?

Problem
I wanted to disable all the kits from the menu, but the thing it just return back to default.

What I have tried
I have tried on adding .X on the /kits yml configs, .yml.X and I was expecting it would be disable but the plugin generated it back, you can read my discord question support by clicking here

Any additional information (copy of config files, screenshots, videos, etc.)
I have also tried changing the prefix and after doing /kp reload it doesnt work as expected and the prefix still th same, then I can't even right click the Return to Hub even tho I have change the configuration already.
