Problem with going back after selecting a study description in a different language than the search language

When a user searchers for something in English, one can get many pages of results. After navigating to a high page number and clicking a study description in a different language than English the URL is changed to that language. When using the "go back to previous page" functionality, the URL implements the different language of the study description and the user is taken to a page that shows no results.

This issue exists for all languages, but is most prevalent for english.
