Meeting preparation checklist needed

The CF annual meeting organising committee learns some valuable stuff every year. We should make a document that guides the preparation of these meetings and lets us save lessons learned so that we continuously improve.

Lessons learned so far, this list is incomplete and input is appreciated:

• Have a Code of Conduct with a pathway to seek resolution of issues, otherwise it's just a useless document
• Setup a calendar so that people can import sessions
• Consider livestreaming / uploading videos of discussions somewhere. Can we do this in a way that is respectful to people who may not want to be recorded?

Please add your thoughts as you see fit - for next year we'll try to have this document in place to streamline the organising efforts.
