FIG Update - Field 20 Interest Rate

We received a request to update a validation regarding Field 20: Interest rate type.

When someone selects "Code 6 - The transaction has an initial rate period less than or equal to 12 months, after which the interest rate is fixed", they cannot enter anything into the index and margin fields.

We would need to change field 20 to allow filers to enter index and margin if they chose code 6 for field 20. This would be an update to the validation referencing Field 20.
