Help with Knob and Megadesk Project

Hi everyone,
so I upgraded my IKEA BEKANT with the help of another open source project "Megadesk"

I found out how to get into home assistant, and what would really be cool is to use the knob on the stream deck to change the height more exact but turning left and right.

Does anybody have an idea how I can get this to work?

I figured out how to access my predefined positions but not how to fine tune it with the knob. I would appreciate any help.
